Web Developer – Corporate Website & Growth Engine

About the role

FloQast is seeking a Web Developer to own and evolve its corporate website, turning visitors into conversations and driving revenue. The role sits at the intersection of marketing and development, focusing on high‑performing, scalable, user‑centric web experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical evolution of the corporate website on Webflow, ensuring scalability, security and performance.
• Develop, maintain and optimise Webflow implementations and guide future platform choices.
• Manage third‑party integrations such as Wistia, HubSpot, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Implement and maintain best practices for technical SEO and AEO.
• Partner with marketing to publish and update content quickly, building new templates, components and experiences for campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
• Ensure site experiences are optimised for conversion and lead generation.
• Establish development standards including component reuse, code review processes, syntax conventions and mobile‑first responsive design.
• Champion accessibility, mobile‑friendly design and overall user experience.
• Perform any additional tasks that support company goals.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of web development experience, including at least one year building and scaling sites in Webflow.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, conversion rate optimisation and user experience.
• Hands‑on experience with third‑party integrations and analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Wistia).
• Knowledge of technical SEO/AEO, responsive design, accessibility standards and managing multi‑region/multi‑language sites.
• Proven ability to collaborate with marketers, field teams and demand‑generation teams.
• Experience interpreting and applying designs in Figma, especially within design systems such as Material Design.
