About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join a permanent, full‑time team that handles corrugated cardboard recycling across multiple facilities. The role involves supporting customer needs by collecting, transporting, and replacing cardboard gondolas while keeping work areas clean and safe.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full cardboard gondolas (up to 75 lb) and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport full gondolas to designated compactors or packers; training is provided.
• Maintain clear, debris‑free aisles and traffic areas (“Green Mile”) at all times.
• Dust, mop, and sweep around trash container zones to ensure a tidy work environment.
• Organize and sort areas around compactors/packers to preserve order.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move objects up to 50 lb regularly.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Comfort with frequent walking throughout the facility.
• Read and interpret basic work documents and safety instructions.
• Flexibility to work rotating day, evening, or night shifts, including weekends.
