VP/SVP Custodian & Wealth Platform Partnerships

About the role

We are partnering with a leading financial‑technology and investment platform to hire a VP/SVP who will own the day‑to‑day relationships with custodial and wealth‑platform partners. This role is focused on operational coordination rather than sales or fundraising, ensuring seamless execution across technology, product, legal, compliance, and client‑facing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily relationships with key custodial and wealth‑platform partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner issues, priorities, and ongoing coordination.
• Collaborate with internal operations, technology, product, legal, compliance, and client coverage teams.
• Support partner planning, performance reviews, reporting, and regular business updates.
• Resolve operational issues related to platform workflows, trade execution, account setup, reporting, integrations, and service delivery.
• Track partner requests and align internal teams on next steps.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen partner connectivity, and drive broader platform adoption.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in wealth management, custodial platforms, clearing, advisor platforms, investment operations, or related fields.
• Direct exposure to custodians, clearing platforms, RIA platforms, or wealth‑management platform infrastructure.
• Understanding of how advisors and wealth‑management firms interact with custodians.
• Familiarity with operational workflows such as trade execution, reporting, onboarding, integrations, reconciliations, data feeds, or service escalations.
• Ability to manage external partner relationships while driving internal coordination and follow‑through.
