About the role

As Vice President of Value Enablement & Optimization, you will lead Mastercard’s Core Payments Value Quantification team, shaping customer‑success and revenue‑growth strategies across a global portfolio. You will work at the heart of the business, partnering with regional and global teams to translate differentiated capabilities into measurable client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic Value Enablement & Optimization framework that drives scalable, sustainable revenue growth.
• Identify, quantify, and communicate value‑creation drivers across Core Payments services, linking them to client cost reductions or revenue uplift.
• Act as a strategic partner to global and regional teams, ensuring alignment on goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Lead thought‑leadership initiatives on customer‑success strategy, value‑based selling, and lifecycle optimization.
• Monitor market trends, competitive insights, and innovation opportunities to refine value‑delivery strategies.
• Create and deploy tools and methodologies that enable customer‑facing teams to quantify and communicate tangible client value.
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to embed data‑driven insights into client interactions.
• Drive the development of self‑service analytics tools for rapid, tailored insight generation.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in value enablement, revenue optimization, or customer‑success functions.
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a track record of translating complex capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
• Experience working in a global, cross‑functional environment, partnering with regional and corporate teams.
• Thought‑leader who can influence high‑level decision‑making and shape organizational strategy.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and innovation trends in the payments or financial services sector.
