About the role

PitchSense is an AI-powered sales readiness platform that helps sales and enablement teams run continuous practice and gives leaders a clear readiness number. It is building a small, high-quality outbound team to reach US sales and enablement leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Run outbound calling and light multi-channel outreach to US B2B technology and enablement decision-makers.
• Qualify interest, handle objections and book meetings that meet the ICP criteria.
• Use research tools to prepare for calls and improve connection quality.
• Log activity and outcomes in the CRM daily.
• Protect calendar show rates through timely confirmations.
• Hit agreed activity and meeting targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of outbound calling experience, including work targeting the US market.
• Knowledge of the B2B technology space; prior experience in an AI or technology startup is a strong plus.
• Clear spoken English for US business conversations (Spanish bilingual is a plus but not required).
• Ability to work US business hours with good time-zone overlap.
• Reliable remote setup and consistent availability.
