UHP Robotic Operator

About the role

Allstream Services & Rental is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as UHP Robotic Operators. You will work in dynamic, remote outdoor environments supporting refinery, marine and tank terminal operations while upholding the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specific to the UHP robotic system.
• Participate in Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), toolbox talks and pre‑job safety meetings.
• Apply emergency procedures and report incidents, spills or near‑misses promptly.
• Use and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment, including fall protection and UHP‑specific gear.
• Safely refuel and maintain supporting equipment such as the water maker.
• Assist with rig‑up and rig‑down activities as directed.
• Provide general job‑site support and complete all assigned training.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety practices.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding settings.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to obtain any necessary certifications and a valid REAL ID.

Required skills

• Understanding and execution of SOPs.
• Proper use of PPE and fall‑protection equipment.
• Basic equipment maintenance (e.g., refueling, water‑maker upkeep).
