About the role
The Travel & Logistics Coordinator will manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements for Raising Cane’s personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering a smooth traveler experience. This role supports managers in training, crew deployments, and other travel needs across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate airfare, lodging, rental cars, and rideshare bookings for various employee groups.
- Validate traveler information and ensure adherence to travel policies and timelines.
- Maintain accurate travel records, trackers, and expense reconciliations.
- Communicate itineraries and updates clearly using standardized templates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and optimize the travel experience.
- Provide limited after‑hours support during peak travel periods.
Required profile
- Advanced PC skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work non‑standard hours and weekends as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to eliminate obstacles and handle conflict resolution.
- Integrity to maintain confidential information.
- Preferred: experience in travel coordination, logistics, or operations and a bachelor’s degree.
