About the role
Arrow ECS, a Fortune 500 technology company, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide high‑quality support to global customers, primarily using Broadcom technologies. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support via email and telephone to global customers.
- Resolve escalated support incidents from customers and partners.
- Replicate customer configurations to troubleshoot complex errors.
- Manage simultaneous high‑profile, high‑priority issues.
- Develop and maintain technical skills in selected products and achieve product accreditation.
- Host remote support sessions with customers or vendors to diagnose and resolve faults.
- Document all work activity accurately in the support tracking system.
Required profile
- Strong passion for networking, security, Linux and related technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Previous experience in a busy technical support environment.
- Customer‑focused attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technical demands.
