About the role
Join H&R Block as a seasonal Tax Associate and support clients during the busy tax season. You will receive comprehensive tax training and work alongside an experienced team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with tax preparation and filing.
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
- Work 25‑35 hours weekly during the season, up to 40 hours during peak weeks.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or retail.
- Ability to work in a supportive, fast‑moving setting.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of tax preparation concepts.
- Strong attention to detail.
