Task Associate

About the role

Ulta Beauty is seeking enthusiastic Task Associates to support store operations and deliver an exceptional experience for every guest. In this role you will keep merchandise stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and execute daily operational tasks in a fast‑paced beauty retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks to ensure product availability and meet store retail goals.
• Complete shipment processing, merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and physical inventory procedures using Ulta’s technology.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sales floor, backroom, cashwrap, restrooms, and break areas.
• Adhere to compliance dashboards, loss‑prevention best practices, and company policies.
• Support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by tracking operational metrics and meeting execution deadlines.
• Participate in ongoing training and brand education to enhance guest service.
