System Administrator (MSP) – Level 1/2 & Project Engineer

About the role

Join a fast‑paced Managed Service Provider in Dallas as a System Administrator. Two openings are available: a Level 1/2 help‑desk engineer and a Project Engineer focused on Microsoft 365 migrations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote (and occasional onsite) support for end users.
• Troubleshoot Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, Entra and MFA issues.
• Handle networking, printer and desktop problems.
• Lead Microsoft 365/Office 365 migration projects.
• Configure and manage Azure AD/Entra ID synchronization (AD Connect).
• Perform file‑server‑to‑cloud migration and support hybrid Microsoft environments.

Required profile

• 1+ years of IT support experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Office 365, Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Exposure to Microsoft cloud services (M365, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
• Proactive, growth‑driven mindset with strong troubleshooting instincts.
