About the role
AJE Bolivia is looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead its Traditional and Wholesale channels in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. You will drive commercial strategies, motivate a sales team, and ensure strong market coverage for our beverage and food brands.
Key responsibilities
- Motivate and support the sales team to achieve outstanding results.
- Control route management and guarantee quality service at all points of sale.
- Plan commercial actions and brand activations to increase market presence.
- Analyze KPI indicators and propose improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with the distribution area to ensure efficient service delivery.
Required profile
- Degree in Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Administration, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fast‑moving consumer goods, preferably beverages or food.
- At least 2 years leading teams in traditional or wholesale channels.
- Knowledge of commercial indicator management.
- Strong leadership, positive attitude and results orientation.
