Superintendent II – Construction Management

About the role

The Superintendent II leads field construction activities and personnel, ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, quality, and safety objectives. This position supports the project manager and owner’s representatives on site.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with project manager to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and local codes.
• Review submittals, communicate site conflicts, schedule and quality issues.
• Monitor equipment needs, maintain daily housekeeping, and secure tools and materials.
• Facilitate safety protocols, weekly safety meetings, and incident investigations.
• Submit daily job reports, weekly progress photos, and manage project close‑out and punch‑list completion.

Required profile

• High School diploma/GED.
• Residence in the Denver metro area or nearby, with willingness to travel up to 100% after project completion.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ground‑up construction, preferably with petroleum/gas station projects.

Required skills

• Ability to read blueprints.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Proficiency with Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Divisions 1‑16.
• Fuel/petroleum construction experience (desired).
