Project Manager – Estimator (Xactimate)

About the role

ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects caused by fire, water, mold, and natural disasters. The role combines sales, project management, and estimating responsibilities while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates using Xactimate for incoming project leads.
• Lead communication between customers, insurance providers, and on‑site superintendent to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Manage financial aspects of projects, identify potential legal issues, and oversee project close‑out.
• Identify new work opportunities and support sales and marketing efforts.

Required profile

• Experience in insurance estimating and ability to write scopes in Xactimate.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license, pass background check and drug screen.
