About the role
This remote position supports top‑tier pharmaceutical, biotech and research organizations by helping them maximize value from an advanced oncology intelligence platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging scientific expertise with product strategy and commercial engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead high‑touch, consultative engagements with enterprise clients focused on oncology intelligence needs.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with customer workflows, scientific priorities and competitive intelligence requirements.
- Identify and develop customer use cases, translating unmet needs into actionable solutions.
- Serve as a strategic liaison between customers and internal AI, product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities.
- Support enterprise growth by contributing to solution design, expansion opportunities and late‑stage commercial discussions.
- Collaborate with commercial teams on pre‑sales activities, proposal development and stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain strong awareness of the oncology landscape, including clinical trials, regulatory developments and scientific advancements.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience in oncology or life sciences (clinical research, medical affairs, scientific consulting, etc.).
- Consultative mindset with ability to engage credibly with PhD‑level scientists, clinicians and medical affairs professionals.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, contractor‑based environment.
- Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, actionable insights for customers and internal teams.
