About the role

Join Job Duck as a Staffer Skills Facilitator and help shape a thriving learning culture across the organization. You will identify skill gaps, design and coordinate training programs, and support employees in achieving their professional goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personal development and performance improvement plans for employees.
• Support succession planning by identifying high‑potential talent.
• Stay current on workforce development trends and integrate best practices.
• Promote a strong learning culture and encourage participation in development programs.
• Collaborate with trainers and content creators to ensure training materials meet skill requirements.
• Monitor training participation, engagement, and effectiveness, providing regular performance reports.
• Advise managers on training strategies based on performance feedback and gaps.
• Coordinate training schedules with department leaders to align with operational priorities.
• Maintain accurate training records and track progress on development initiatives.
• Conduct skills audits, training needs analysis, and gap assessments.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Skills Development.
• Experience conducting training needs analysis, skill audits, and performance evaluations.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
• Certification in Skills Development Facilitation or Adult Education is a plus.
