Sr. Project Manager

About the role

EverPass Media is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives that drive strategic business objectives. Reporting to the Director of Sales Execution, you will own projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects and programs of varying complexity and business impact.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, budgets, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate dependencies and activities across product, technology, operations, finance, legal, marketing, and other teams.
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, executives, and business partners.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations clearly.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks; escalate critical issues and drive resolution.

• Proven senior‑level project management experience in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to strategic goals.
