Spa Attendant – Luxury Spa in New York

About the role

The Spa Attendant will support the Spa Management team in delivering the elegance and high‑standard service expected at the Dior Spa. You will ensure the environment remains clean, well‑stocked, and welcoming for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the spa’s cleanliness and sanitary standards throughout all public and back‑of‑house areas.
• Monitor and replenish linen, supplies, and amenities, notifying management when stock is low.
• Assist therapists with set‑up and breakdown of treatment rooms.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and provide courteous service at all times.
• Report any equipment issues or guest experience concerns to management.
• Follow all spa operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
• Team‑player with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
