Software Engineer II – Full‑Stack & ServiceNow

About the role

Lennar is seeking a mid‑level Software Engineer II to join a domain product team that builds full‑stack business applications and ServiceNow solutions. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of well‑scoped projects, leveraging internal platform tooling for rapid development and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full‑stack features using TypeScript/React on the front end and Go on the back end.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow applications, integrations, and workflows supporting the product domain.
• Scaffold new services with internal IDP templates (e.g., Backstage golden paths) and self‑service platform capabilities.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Provision and manage infrastructure with Terraform modules and IaC best practices.
• Develop AI‑enabled product capabilities, such as AI agents and LLM‑powered features, preferably on AWS Bedrock.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently on defined projects.
