Social Media Coordinator

About the role

Beast Industries, the media and entertainment company founded by MrBeast, is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of multiple consumer‑facing social brands. The role focuses on publishing, creator coordination, community engagement, and platform‑native content execution.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain social content calendars across multiple brands and campaigns.
• Coordinate publishing workflows, approvals, and scheduling on Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and related platforms.
• Publish and manage daily social content, ensuring brand voices are humorous, internet‑native, and audience‑centric.
• Write reactive, culturally relevant copy that drives conversation, engagement, and shareability.
• Identify authentic opportunities for brands to join trends, memes, and online discourse.
• Engage directly with audiences through comments, replies, reposts, and community interactions.
• Support influencer and creator partnership workflows, including outreach, scheduling, and content coordination.
• Manage creator communications, briefs, timelines, rates, and deliverables, and provide feedback on submissions.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Sharp social instincts with deep understanding of internet culture, memes, and Gen‑Z communication styles.
• Excellent copywriting skills and a natural curiosity about platform behavior.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast‑moving publishing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Experience coordinating influencer and creator partnerships.
