About the role

The Social Marketing Manager for YouTube Marketing will shape how audiences perceive YouTube and drive engagement across consumers, creators, and influencers. You will lead high‑profile social and influencer campaigns targeting Gen Z, using data‑driven insights to craft compelling storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global social and influencer campaigns that align with YouTube’s brand and product goals.
• Partner with Go‑To‑Market leads, Product Marketing Managers, and external agencies to create campaign platforms and concepts.
• Analyze audience data and cultural trends to inform strategy and tailor messaging for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional and local partners to scale campaigns while ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
• Champion the YouTube ecosystem, creators, and culture within cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of experience leading high‑profile social and influencer campaigns for Gen Z brands.
• Proven ability to work in matrixed global organizations and manage external agencies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience turning data into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external audiences.
