Shift Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Shift Manager to lead our restaurant team during each shift. You will ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise each shift schedule, assign tasks and monitor crew performance.
• Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards for food quality, service, safety and cleanliness.
• Track inventory, manage daily maintenance and uphold cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability during the shift.
• Communicate hand‑over information to the next Shift Manager.
• Help departments meet their targets and support crew training and scheduling.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Enthusiastic about working in a fast‑paced environment.
