Shift Leader - Opener / Daytime (Full Time)

About the role

A Taco Bell franchisee in Jackson, Tennessee is hiring a full-time Shift Leader for the opener and daytime shifts. The franchisee is the only employer, and its wage and benefit programs can vary. The Shift Leader supports the restaurant general manager by running great shifts in a self-sufficient way, taking ownership of problems and helping colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner, supporting the restaurant general manager
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seeking help when appropriate
• Provide help and guidance to other team members

Required profile

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including profit and loss responsibility
• At least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for 80% of shift time
• Reliable transportation; background checks are run on all management employees
