Service Technician – The Kincaid at Legacy

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join the team at The Kincaid at Legacy in Plano, Texas. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete assigned work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property to ensure equipment and systems operate reliably.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors and contractors, and procuring necessary supplies.

• Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks on building systems and common‑area equipment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
• Willingness to follow established policies, procedures and regulatory codes.
