About the role
The Becket is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join its property‑management team. You will be responsible for maintaining the building, grounds, amenities and common areas to Greystar’s high standards of safety, cleanliness and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with direct resident interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and complete resident service requests and repairs promptly.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Ensure all common areas, amenities and exterior spaces meet appearance and safety standards.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a maintenance or service technician in a residential or commercial setting.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with residents.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Commitment to safety procedures and quality workmanship.
