About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our One Paseo property in San Diego. The role involves maintaining the building’s physical systems and common areas to ensure safety, functionality, and a high standard of appearance for residents.

Key responsibilities

Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders promptly.
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance systems.
Diagnose and repair defects, ensuring all equipment operates correctly.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and amenities.
Document work performed and update maintenance logs.

Required profile

1–2 years of property maintenance experience.
Availability to work weekends and a schedule of Tuesday‑Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm.
Ability to work onsite at the One Paseo location.

Required skills

HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
Plumbing troubleshooting and repair.
Appliance repair.
Electrical systems knowledge.
