Service Technician – Broadstone Mission Valley

About the role

The Service Technician will perform technical and mechanical work to ensure that the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas at Broadstone Mission Valley meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This lease‑up property includes 497 units and requires weekend availability.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks, and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Support cost‑cutting initiatives by performing efficient repairs and maintenance.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of property maintenance experience; lease‑up experience preferred.
• Availability to work Thursday‑Monday, 9 am‑6 pm, including weekends.
• Ability to follow established policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document work accurately.
