About the role
The Service Supervisor for Mission Rockwall ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance activities to support a high‑quality living environment for residents.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Diagnose the source of defects or problems and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating necessary repairs.
- Schedule and manage vendors and contractors as needed, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain necessary supplies and equipment to support ongoing maintenance operations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in technical and mechanical maintenance within a residential or property‑management setting.
- Ability to diagnose issues, prioritize work, and execute repairs safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with safety standards, building codes, and Greystar’s operational procedures.
- Strong organizational skills for managing work orders, punch lists, and vendor coordination.
