Service Supervisor for Zenn Skyview Community

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the Zenn Skyview community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This onsite position combines technical maintenance work with coordination of vendor services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and procuring necessary supplies.
• Oversee routine upkeep of the community’s mechanical and technical systems to maintain optimal performance.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• Bilingual ability in Spanish is a strong plus.
• Proven experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to safety and code compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple work orders and prioritize tasks effectively.
