About the role
The Service Coordinator will manage new customer installations, service calls, and annual cleanings for Charlton Oil and Propane. This full‑time, year‑round position works first shift, Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch Master Plumbers, LP Gas Installers, and Service Technicians, ensuring timely service delivery.
- Handle permit applications, track inspections, and maintain compliance with gas and oil regulations.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or online portals to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Manage work orders, emergency scheduling, and resource reallocation as needed.
Required profile
- Experience working within a team of contractors or service employees.
- Proven background in scheduling, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Ability to pass a CORI check.
Required skills
- Familiarity with online service scheduling tools such as Housecall Pro, Jobber, or ServiceTitan.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
