About the role
The Service Champion is the first point of contact for guests entering the restaurant or placing a drive‑thru order. You will set the tone for the Taco Bell experience, delivering fast, friendly service and ensuring customers enjoy the brand’s signature flavors.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers at the front counter and drive‑thru.
- Take orders accurately, handle payments, and thank guests for their visit.
- Prepare food items and assist with any service or food issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and dining environment.
- Stay knowledgeable about menu items, promotions, and food‑safety standards.
Required profile
- Friendly, helpful attitude with a positive outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and pay attention to detail.
