About the role
Kelly is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support its client’s U.S. operations. This remote, in‑house position focuses on full‑cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of life‑science, engineering, and professional roles.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end recruiting from intake to offer acceptance for multiple requisitions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates across various functional areas.
- Coordinate interview panels with Danaher stakeholders and manage the interview schedule.
- Maintain accurate candidate documentation and tracking within the ATS.
- Provide a professional, timely, and engaging candidate experience.
- Support requisitions primarily across Eastern and Central time zones, with occasional coverage in Mountain and Pacific zones.
Required profile
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in life‑science and engineering domains.
- Proven ability to recruit across a range of professional roles.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Based in the U.S. with availability aligned to Eastern or Central time zones (preferred).
- Experience working in large, structured, process‑driven organizations.
Required skills
- Workday (ATS) proficiency.
What we offer
- Base pay ranging from $35 to $45 per hour, dependent on experience and location.
- Total compensation package including applicable benefits.
