Senior Producer, Video and Creative Production

About the role

The Senior Producer, Video and Creative Production leads the end‑to‑end video creation process for the Los Angeles Lakers’ marketing department. This role shapes storylines, drives scripting, and ensures high‑impact video content across all platforms, supporting brand storytelling, fan engagement, and in‑game entertainment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee pre‑production, production, and post‑production phases for multiple video projects.
• Manage the Video Production Team, including producers, editors, and writers.
• Collaborate daily with Creative, Content, Integrated Marketing, Game Operations, Basketball Operations, and other internal partners.
• Develop and prioritize purposeful, emotional video content that aligns with brand and campaign objectives.
• Coordinate budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Present creative concepts to executive stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations.
