About the role
Vima Foods, an international food trading company operating in seven countries, is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager for its Miami office. You will be responsible for driving business development, managing strategic accounts, and expanding commercial activities across Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and grow a portfolio of key accounts in LATAM markets.
- Identify and capture new market opportunities and commercial prospects.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, plans, and tenders.
- Design and implement market‑specific commercial strategies.
- Monitor project progress, conduct feasibility analyses, and report on commercial performance.
- Coordinate continuously with internal purchasing, logistics, and commercial leadership teams.
- Represent Vima Foods at client meetings, international trade fairs, and on‑site visits.
- Resolve commercial incidents in fast‑paced, demanding environments.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of international sales experience in the food sector.
- Proven track record in exporting and managing LATAM markets.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience handling large accounts.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination abilities.
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Latin America.
