Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A

About the role

Beast Industries is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team and support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for a fast‑growing consumer packaged goods (CPG) business. Reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to turn financial data into actionable business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario‑planning activities.
• Build and maintain customer‑specific forecasts that incorporate trade spend, pricing, commodity costs, and demand trends.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analysis and management reporting packages.
• Develop KPI dashboards and financial reports for leadership decision‑making.
• Create financial models for new product launches, pricing analysis, profitability studies, and ad‑hoc business cases.
• Partner with commercial teams to evaluate pricing, trade investment, promotional effectiveness, product profitability, and supply‑chain impacts.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers across the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis within a dynamic CPG environment.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Comfort working with large datasets and prioritizing tasks in a fast‑moving setting.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and supply‑chain stakeholders.
