Senior Deltek Costpoint Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level professional to lead the administration, optimisation and ongoing support of our Deltek Costpoint ERP environment. The role combines deep functional knowledge with technical expertise to ensure the system runs efficiently and aligns with business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Deltek Costpoint, managing system security, user accounts and role‑based permissions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting across core modules such as Accounting, Projects and Materials.
• Lead implementations, upgrades, patches and data migrations, coordinating with internal IT teams and external vendors.
• Design and configure custom Costpoint components (screens, processes, extensibility units, workflows) to meet business requirements.
• Act as primary liaison with Deltek Support for defects, upgrades and enhancements; create test plans and perform regression testing before production deployment.
• Monitor scheduled batch and process jobs for daily, weekly and month‑end close activities, ensuring audit and compliance controls.
• Document configurations, procedures and provide training and user support during system changes.
• Research system capabilities and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive IT/ERP support experience, including 8+ years administering Deltek Costpoint.
• Proven experience leading ERP implementations, go‑lives and stabilization phases.
• Strong analytical ability and experience writing technical design specifications.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
