Senior Consultant – Business Performance Optimization

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to partner with senior leadership, including CEOs and CFOs, to develop strategies that boost profitability and improve cash flow. The role blends procurement transformation, financial modeling, and data analytics to drive sustainable business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement transformation initiatives such as strategic sourcing, category management, supplier rationalization, and contract optimization.
• Analyze client procurement processes, policies, and governance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop business cases, savings pipelines, and implementation roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives.
• Create and maintain 13‑week cash‑flow models and integrated 3‑statement financial models.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to support decision‑making.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data using pivot tables, BI tools, and statistical methods.
• Prepare and deliver concise PowerPoint presentations and executive summaries for senior leaders.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or consulting.
• Strong finance knowledge, especially financial modeling.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and travel frequently as client needs dictate.

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
