The role focuses on completing the construction drawing package for a 300,000‑square‑foot mixed‑use development that is already 80‑90 % modeled. • Review current documentation, identify gaps, and provide technical solutions without extensive ramp‑up time.
• Coordinate with the project team in a shared BIM environment and maintain consistent documentation standards.
• Apply practical knowledge of building systems, materials, assemblies, and constructability while meeting tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Archicad, including BIM workflow management and model maintenance.
• Extensive experience producing complete construction drawing sets for complex architectural projects.
• Strong understanding of building construction, detailing, assemblies, and constructability.
• Ability to interpret design intent and develop independent technical solutions.
• Fluent English communication for clear coordination with an international team.
