About the role
The Second Shift Concierge supports residents and visitors at the UrbA community, providing front‑desk assistance, package handling, and coordination of move‑ins and move‑outs. This on‑site role ensures a welcoming environment and smooth daily operations during the evening shift.
Key responsibilities
- Greet prospects and residents, ensuring comfort while they wait for team members.
- Answer phone calls, route them appropriately, and follow up on service request callbacks.
- Maintain the guest suite schedule, verify payments, and ensure cleanliness for arrivals.
- Coordinate loading dock and elevator usage for resident move‑ins and move‑outs.
- Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before the leasing office opens.
- Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
- Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided amenities.
- Assist with planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
- Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, and crawling in confined spaces.
- Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet).
- Physical strength to lift up to 25 lb independently and up to 50 lb with assistance.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training.
