Sales Management Trainee

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Program as a Sales Management Trainee. You will start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, representing the brand to customers and partners while gaining hands‑on operational experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as the face of Enterprise.
• Learn sales, marketing, finance, and operations to eventually run your own branch.
• Build relationships in the community to generate new business.
• Develop and lead a team as you progress through the program.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed or within one semester of graduation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work a 46‑hour week.
