Sales Consultant – Album Dorchester

About the role

The Sales Consultant will drive leasing and renewal activities for the Album Dorchester community in North Charleston, South Carolina. Working closely with prospective residents, you will guide them through the leasing process and help achieve the property’s occupancy and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Serve as primary point of contact for prospective residents, providing tours and information.
• Process applications, negotiate lease terms, and ensure timely lease execution.
• Maintain resident relationships to support retention and renewals.
• Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts.
