Sales and Service Banker

About the role

The Sales and Service Banker acts as a trusted advisor, building long‑lasting relationships by understanding customers' financial needs and goals. You will provide tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions while delivering exceptional service and protecting against fraud.

Key responsibilities

• Process teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) accurately and efficiently.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and recommend appropriate banking, lending, and investment products.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self‑service platforms.
• Maintain cash drawer balances and handle cash securely.
• Support branch sales targets and collaborate with team members to achieve overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk‑management policies.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks as needed.
