About the role
Join the Hampton Inn Pembroke Pines team as a full‑time Room Attendant. You will be responsible for delivering spotless guest rooms and exceptional hospitality experiences in a lively, team‑oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Transform guest rooms into clean, inviting spaces with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare and remake beds, ensuring fresh linens and a comfortable atmosphere.
- Replenish room amenities and respond promptly to guest requests.
- Clean and polish bathrooms, showers, tubs, sinks, and fixtures to a pristine standard.
- Inspect rooms for safety hazards and report any equipment issues to maintenance.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while meeting timelines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning tasks.
