About the role

As a Restaurant Team Member at Dunkin’, you will prepare food and beverages to brand standards, deliver friendly service, and keep the workspace clean and safe. This fast‑paced role is essential to creating a great guest experience in our restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Follow brand recipes, food safety standards, and operational systems.
• Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders, including limited‑time offers.
• Take orders at the Drive‑Thru or Front Counter and handle payments when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and service areas.
• Stock supplies such as cups, lids, and other items at the workstation.
• Communicate effectively with guests, managers, and coworkers.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.
