About the role
The Resident Services Coordinator supports community engagement for a lease‑up property, creating and managing social and physical activity programs that enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Create and coordinate resident events such as welcome parties, birthday celebrations, off‑site excursions, and other community activities.
- Prepare event set‑ups, produce announcements, newsletters, and flyers as needed.
- Manage the resident volunteer program, scheduling volunteers to ensure consistent participation.
- Assist with the annual Resident Survey and provide input on activity‑related budgeting.
- Help recruit and recommend qualified instructors for on‑site exercise classes.
- Train on‑site staff to successfully host resident activities.
- Identify and recommend licensed transportation providers for off‑site excursions.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidate; no prior industry experience required.
- Customer service or resident coordination experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work Thursday‑Monday, 9 am‑6 pm (schedule may vary).
