Remote Sales Development Representative – Logistics

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing U.S. logistics consultancy. The role is fully remote and focuses on high‑volume outbound prospecting to identify qualified shipping and logistics opportunities for B2B clients.
Key responsibilities
- Make at least 300 outbound calls per day to U.S. businesses.
- Engage decision‑makers, conduct professional conversations and uncover shipping needs.
- Generate a minimum of 10 qualified leads daily and record activities in Pipedrive CRM.
- Use PhoneBurner dialer and follow structured scripts while adapting to each call.
- Meet and exceed daily KPIs for calls, conversations and lead generation.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach performance.
Required profile
- Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent suitable for U.S. audiences.
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound sales calls.
- Available to work U.S. business hours (Monday‑Friday).
- Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet home office.
- Coachable, punctual and able to follow proven sales processes.
