About the role
Evry Health is seeking a Remote Operations Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for its contact‑center and claims operations teams. The role focuses on virtual facilitation, new‑hire onboarding, skill development, and regulatory compliance across claims processing and customer service functions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging virtual training sessions via Microsoft Teams for new hires and existing staff.
- Lead structured onboarding covering products, systems, workflows, policies, and member‑centric service standards.
- Design and facilitate role‑play simulations that replicate real customer interactions and claims inquiries.
- Combine synchronous instructor‑led sessions with asynchronous e‑learning modules, job aids, and recorded content.
- Administer knowledge checks, quizzes, and skills assessments to verify competency before live deployment.
- Monitor post‑training performance, identify gaps, and implement targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with Operations leadership to create clear change communications for system or workflow updates.
- Train staff on claims lifecycle, regulatory requirements (Texas Insurance Code Chapter 1467, prompt‑pay, IDR, CMS), coding standards (ICD‑10, CPT, HCPCS, modifiers), and dispute/appeal workflows.
Required profile
- Strong virtual facilitation skills with the ability to engage remote learners.
- Deep operational expertise in health‑plan administration and claims processing.
- Ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable learning experiences.
