About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our operations team remotely from anywhere in the United States. The role focuses on accurately entering and maintaining customer and internal records while supporting daily workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Enter customer, account and operational data into internal systems with high accuracy.
- Review submitted information for completeness and flag any errors.
- Maintain organized digital records across multiple accounts.
- Meet daily accuracy and productivity targets.
- Communicate with team leads via email and chat.
- Handle all data with confidentiality and professionalism.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Pass a pre‑employment background check.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to complete paid training.
