About the role
The Regional VP of Restaurants leads all restaurant locations within an assigned region, driving growth, profitability, and people development. Reporting to corporate leadership, this field‑based role partners with the Regional Business Unit team to ensure each restaurant meets Raising Cane’s standards and long‑term strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and operate all restaurants in the region, overseeing new restaurant growth, revenue, sales, and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Area Business Unit team to support regional restaurant needs.
- Identify performance gaps, create action plans, and hold teams accountable for results.
- Ensure all operations align with Raising Cane’s vision, mission, core values, and non‑negotiables.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, EBITDAR oversight, and profit‑smart initiatives.
- Coordinate regional marketing efforts, community involvement, and sponsorships.
- Oversee regional training programs and the crew appreciation initiative.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading multi‑unit restaurant operations.
- Strong strategic analysis, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to build and retain high‑performing leaders and teams.
- Comfort working in fast‑paced kitchen environments with physical demands.
- Excellent business acumen with a focus on sales‑driven, profit‑smart performance.
