Regional Property Manager – Charlotte

About the role

The Regional Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of residential communities in the Greater Charlotte region, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction. Reporting to senior leadership, this role partners with on‑site managers and corporate support teams to implement Greystar’s best‑in‑class property management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure each community meets operational, financial, and business performance targets through regular inspections and data‑driven action plans.
• Collaborate with Community Managers to align local execution with regional goals.
• Lead implementation of national initiatives, championing change across all properties.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial results, and prepare performance reports for ownership and senior management.
• Foster positive tenant relationships, address concerns promptly, and execute retention programs to reduce turnover.
• Work with leasing teams to develop marketing strategies that achieve optimal occupancy.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a portfolio of multifamily or residential properties.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze budgets, reports, and market data.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
